DYE mag is an independent media platform exploring contemporary culture, fashion, art, and local creative scenes.
As a Creative Producer at DYE, I developed concepts for editorial and branded content, managed communication with clients and creative teams, and produced shoots from pre-production through post-production. I also worked on copywriting and content development.
For the launch of 91–23, an encyclopedia of Kazakhstani music, we turned a childhood game of book divination into a content format. Different guests opened the book at random pages and listened
to the artists they found — revealing the diversity of the book and a playful way to explore it.
an art project built from letters found across the city — on storefront signs, ads, billboards, tickets, and street plaques. We collected and vectorized these letters, turning fragments of Almaty’s visual landscape into a typeface.
To present it, we created a series of street signs featuring addresses in the city that were personally meaningful to us.
For the promotion of Dequine’s first solo concert at Baluan Sholak, we wanted to bring our readers closer to the artist and her story. We created a video interview accompanied by editorial cards, tracing her journey from the very beginning to this milestone in her career.
For the Batyr Lab showcase, residents presented the work they had created during the program — for many of them, it was their first time performing on stage. We wanted to capture that moment through their heartbeats, recording their heart rate right before the performance and immediately after they stepped off stage.
For Kezeñ’s single “seruen” release , we turned a traditional music snippet into a mini-film — a small story built around the track rather than a conventional promo.
